Nature always returns to balance.
Forests regrow, rivers find their level, predators and prey keep each other whole. When something is pushed too far, nature pulls it back. Your life works the same way — excess in one place always costs another.
Live it: Find what you have overdone lately. Balance it with its opposite.
Everything comes back around.
Birth, growth, decline and rebirth — nature moves in circles, not straight lines. The ending you fear is part of a cycle, not the end of the story. What falls in autumn feeds what rises in spring.
Live it: Notice one pattern in your life that keeps returning. What season is it in?
There is a time for every purpose.
You would not expect a tree to bloom in winter. Stop expecting yourself to. Some seasons are for planting, some for growing, some for harvest and some for rest. Each is holy.
Live it: Name your current season honestly. Stop fighting it.
Everything depends on everything.
In an ecosystem, nothing is extra. The fungus, the wolf and the rain are all necessary. Your life is an ecosystem too — your body, relationships, work and spirit all feed or starve each other.
Live it: Tend the part of your life you have been neglecting; the rest will feel it.
Pull one thread and the whole web moves.
No action is isolated. The way you treat the Earth, strangers and yourself sends ripples you will never fully see. Every life touches countless others. You matter more than you know.
Live it: Do one kind thing for the Earth today, however small.
